How To Join RRGC
Becoming a member of Reno Rod & Gun Club isn’t just about signing up, it’s about joining a tight knit group of like-minded individuals who value friendship and shared outdoor passions.
🔹 Sponsorship-Based Membership
At this time, membership is by sponsorship only. That means new members must be introduced by a current club member who can vouch for their character, values, and genuine interest in the community we're building. This process helps us preserve the laid-back, respectful, and culture that makes our club special.
🔹 Meet & Greets
Throughout the year, we host recruitment events — typically casual gatherings at a local bar or restaurant in Reno — where prospective members can meet the crew, ask questions, and get a feel for what the club is all about. These aren’t formal interviews — they’re relaxed evenings of conversation, laughs, and good food where we all get to know each other. Interested individuals are welcome to attend as a guest of a current member.

While there's no “checklist,” we’re drawn to folks who show up with a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and a solid sense of humor. We value people who are dependable, easy to talk to, and respectful of the traditions we’re keeping alive. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys a cold drink, a good conversation, and a day in the Nevada sun, you’ll fit right in.
